Hi Stephanie Tallant and community! ๐
Today I tried to do forearm vatiations... but I realized that I have really little grip with my knees and consequently with the crucifix. Do you have an old tutorial to share? In the clip the only version I managed to do because I can't remove the upper arm but I feel very unstable..๐ tips?...
However, I feel like I'm going to fall down if I remove my high arm and remain with just my knees and low arm. I hope I explained myself..๐

Your Weekly Challenge! Butterfly,ย Variations, AND NEW Butterfly Combo
I had multiple requests to extend this challenge to 2 weeks because there are SO MANY variations :)) I agree that this will give you all more time to improve the variations you've already tried and explore some new ones! If you feel pretty good with the variations already and want to try a fun combo, I've included a butterfly combo tutorial that can be done on static or spin!
Your challenge: Watch the tutorials & then try the moves presented, as well as any other entries, exits, combos, variations, or transitions that you'd like!
STUDENTS: There are many different levels included in these variations. Please approach the one handed variation with caution. I would recommend only trying that one if you feel confident with all the other variations OR you have a trusty spot to grab your hips while you figure out the balance. I just want you all to be safe, that's always my #1 priority :))
