Mine is @stephanietallant_pole! I'd love for us all to be able to connect there! I post often about new and upcoming content there as well!
Hiii students!! I'm really excited about an updated shoulder mount tutorial that I filmed this morning! It'll have topics like...
HOW TO...
-find your lats for your shoulder mount
-condition and progress them
-achieve the straight leg version
-begin your aerial shoulder mount adventure
-transition to crucifix and brass monkey
It'll edited, uploaded, and available to you by early next week, so stay tuned!

So proud of app subscriber, jamimah’s, flexibility progress!! Yasssss!!
Sorry for the wrong view but I have tried so many time that my elbow was on fire .😂💪🏻 I want open the spilt more by pushing the back leg down more but I manage in a certain point then it was very challenging for my bottom( pushing ) arm. Stephanie Tallant coach can I even try to open more the split by avoiding do the square one ? Thanks ❤️
Hi Stephanie Tallant! 😊 Am I doing something very wrong or is it a flexibility issue?
I am sooo far from the pole 😅 Thank you 😊
Coach Tiana I figured out if I do these on the turf the back of my foot can tolerate it! I can also tell I have gotten stronger so have to rely less on the back leg
