Espi this is good! It's a great Poisson! Next time you try, I want to try to shift your body position just a little, but I want you to be cautious with the cues I give you because this move does get quite "low backy", so keep that in mind :)) Are you familiar with the "bow and arrow" shape from a handstand on the floor? That's the similar feeling we want to feel in the top of the outside foot. Press the top of the foot into the pole, which will allow your hips to move forward slightly (into hip extension), chest and eyes slightly tilted towards the floor. The picture I'm going to post of me is exaggerated (I dont want yours to look like this bc again this is alot of low back for me), but I want you to see the "hips forward, chest and eyes on floor" shape. Espi! This was really so beautiful! The transition between invert and hook was super clean! yes, sooo hard (I agree) and will get less hard over time. Really great work!

Great question!! Incorporating this will look different for everyone AND will look different for each of us on any given day/ week. Maybe some days, you want a classic pole conditioning workout. On those days, you might do 2 rounds of everything and give it 110% and stretch a little afterwards. Other days, you might need a warm up, so you do 1 quick round of everything to get the blood flowing and get everything moving, etc. For me personally, I like to incorporate the exercises in my warm up before some of my pole sessions! Make sense?

Fixed!! Thanks for that Lenka SAMUELY!

Looks really great Susan! One of the things I like to think about to get as much extension as possible, is trying to create the biggest distance between your big toes… extending your legs to opposite sides of the room. It looks like you’re doing this, but make sure your actively driving that right heel down towards the floor by the engagement through the right glute. You can find some of my favorite drills to flatten the Jade in the Jade tutorial. Everything looks good with your engagement and position, and now it’s just going to be further flattening it through active hamstring and hip flexor flexibility 💪🏼💪🏼 You can also get a little extra flattening, simply by opening the hips a bit

You're the best, thank you Susan! Beautiful invert!
