lolol we all know this moment so well! If you can get your hands to the floor, you can try reaching just one arm back at a time.. attaching a video of what I mean in a post and I will tag you!

Susan Papp Mlodzienski this one is tough! It does help to have a little more space between the butt and hand on the pole (so either higher hand or open the space between your inner thighs to drop your hips a little before making the reach). And last but not least, it does take quite a bit of torso rotation and shoulder & back flexibility so I know if you can stay consistent with flexibility training, it'll only help you towards this move :))

Susan Papp Mlodzienski It always amazes me when I see someone feel comfortable enough to just let go! Awesome!!

Susan Papp Mlodzienski this was really nice!! (agree that it's better not to go too far without a spot)☺️

I’m grateful you gained so much from it Sammie!! 🎉💪🏼😍

Espi thanks for taking a video!! Let me take this for a whirl (hopefully tomorrow.. if not definitely Sunday). I want to feel exactly what is happening at that moment, there’s a lot of pushing and pulling but I want to give you precise cues 💪🏼 I will tag you!!
