Vanessa you get huge props for being creative!! Yes it is close however a really important contact point in the dove is the inner thighs (just like your favorite... the superman!) so eventually if you want to feel secure and really get as much out of your backbend flexibility as possible, the superman entry might be better (I know you don't want to hear that.) Remind me, is it the inner thigh skin discomfort that makes superman really challenging for you?

I watched this with the sound on and it looks like you are following my cues really well. Did you feel your entire back chain active in this (back and glutes)?
