ailessia@hotmail.com STUNNING! So happy you shared this here!! John Flynn just joined the program and this is one of his goals, so I know this video will inspire him as well!❤️

you're welcome!! Incorporating just 1 or 2 of the drills in that warm up sequence throughout your training week will help you improve torso rotation, making the twisted jasmine (and any twisted move) feel better!

And if you feel like you’re at your max twist, try incorporating some of these twisty drills into your warm up next time you try: https://polewithsteph.com/programs/20-min-twisting-torso-flexibility-good-warm-up-for-moves-like-allegra-twisted-ballerina-helix-bird-of-paradise-9748eb

Susan Papp Mlodzienski good work so far with this!! For twisted Jasmine, try to grab the pole with pointer finger facing down, it’ll support a better opening through that shoulder. Will attach a picture in next comment

Can’t wait for you to try it either!! 😍😍

Thanks Coach Tiana!! Elena Martelli here's a video of Coach T doing the hamstring curls with sliders - https://youtu.be/AYAxXwUtZOQ. Swiss ball or even a foam roller would also work! Film and post a video of you trying with the sliders, Swiss ball, or foam roller, so we can make sure all looks good :) So happy you're doing the program with us!!

I can't wait either!! Update me if you have follow up questions, comments, videos etc!

Elena Martelli It is such a good investment!! Any type of aerial and pole carries risk. Keeping your beautiful badass body safe and healthy is #1! (and less stress for pole mom over here!! 😀)
