Hiii John!! Revisited this yesterday (and yes I can relate to Vanessa with it being more similar to a BOP setup so good call on that girl!) This is actually a BOP YouTube video that I'm attaching here (https://youtu.be/rkFBhLNTYOc) BUT from 1:05-1:50 is the exact sequence of steps I want you to try taking for the allegasus. The lower hand/ arm's contact point will just be more on the forearm that it shows in this BOP video. After 1:50, yes bend that leg you're trying to reach around as much as possible. It's a similar concept when standing up.. you can lift your leg higher when it's bent vs when it's straight. I really would love to see an update on this when you're ready to tackle it again. I'm invested now in seeing you achieve this one so let me know. I saw in your other comment that you're moving currently so good luck with that and keep us posted!! xoxo <3

Elena Martelli hey babe learning something new is tough. Cool to see that this is how you started (more butterfly-ish) and the video you posted has you much more in the correct position (chest facing down towards the floor). Great job working through this one!!

Elena Martelli this is actually very good!! Another great start to a new move!! You could slide that bottom hand down just a little bit more so you can keep a strong push through that left shoulder. Your left obliques and the left side of your back are also squeezing to help you keep the balance! Again really really solid start!!
