Elena Martelli this is actually very good!! Another great start to a new move!! You could slide that bottom hand down just a little bit more so you can keep a strong push through that left shoulder. Your left obliques and the left side of your back are also squeezing to help you keep the balance! Again really really solid start!!

Elena Martelli the backwards spinning invert is actually not bad at all for your first try! So well done. To make it better, the first piece of swiveling to the back is good and now for the invert part, I want you to turn your chest a little in towards to the pole, so you're tipping back at an angle instead of tipping straight back. Does that make sense?

For flatline Scorpio - very good! To lengthen that leg just a little bit more, imagine your have a string attached to your right middle finger and your right big toe and you're trying to stretch it out as much as possible (we're trying to create as much LENGTH through that side of your body!)

Thanks for sharing your questions here!! So helpful for me and others!

Elena Martelli beautifully done!! Love your long lines in the extended cradle! Way to crush all the challenges so far!!

Krista I freakin love the goal of both sides (it really is highly underrated hehe)!! Great work with this combo! I know you might have done some of these since you said you have a dance background but also for anyone else that sees your comment about feet and wants to try some drills, here is a favorite video on the app which addresses sickling!

Elena Martelli so happy seeing you work through this new sequence and I’m excited for you to continue with it! Your progress photos showed that it really did open up your hip flexors. Yay success!

Other students that see this. The sequence that Elena worked through is attached!

Thanks for sharing this here John! What was the other entry you were trying by chance?

My plan is to revisit this myself when I return home next week. I do remember it being challenging, but need to revisit it to remember the exact cues for push, pull, engagement, etc 🙃

Stoked to help you towards this! 🎉

PS if other members here read this and have tips- you’re always welcome to chime in and share! Different perspectives are often so helpful 🙃
