Elenaaa! Glad you put this here. Susan gave great tips!! A couple things to experiment with as well, take off a little slower. If the pole is spinning too fast, it's just going to make that piece of hooking the leg a little harder to control. Also try not holding the "pencil" shape at all. You are moving THROUGH that shape, but holding it stops the momentum, which in the beginning stages of learning this, can make it that much tougher. Update us!!
