Vanessa ahhh thanks for tagging me! The “let’s talk about hamstring” video is no longer available, but the main takeaway from that video was:

Anterior pelvic tilt (untucked tailbone) = EFFECTIVE hamstring stretch

Posterior pelvic tilt = not ideal for hamstring stretch

Which is why I cue untuck your tailbone for Jade… so you can maximize your hamstring stretch!
