Yassssssss babe!! OMG so happy you’re continuing to get into this better. And honestly, the more comfortable you become with it, the more smooth the entry will look. Think about the entry as part of the move. So after you use your other arm to hook the elbow, reach awayyyy from the pole to smoothly grab the leg.. extend the leg fullyyy one time & then bend it again, and then extend it a second time for the final clasp. Does this make sense?

Hii Susan it looks like your bracket is too small which is making these attempts probably feel "heavy" especially on the bottom shoulder bc your hips are too far away from the pole. Can you try again.. starting with the knees up higher (solid grip between the knees) so that the top hand can go higher as well. for the elbow grip, we actually want to angle the elbow bone UP when we hook it (meaning it's not at a 90 degree angle). do these things make sense? I think I explain that specific elbow grip in the elbow grip tutorial.. not sure what timestamp. Lmk follow up questions and updates when you try again! Thanks for posting here!
