This is a great question!! I'm going to make a separate post in response to this because I think it's something that will help a lot of students. Thank you Jamimah for posting this!

Looks good Susan! Do you feel the bicep working hard on that top arm?

These are all great tips, Vanessa—thank you for sharing them!! And thank you, Molly, for posting this here!

Just to reiterate a couple of things Vanessa mentioned:

Try to create more of a pendulum motion rather than a circular one—that shift will really help with your timing. You have the strength; now it’s just about dialing in the timing.

YES to pushing through that bottom arm like your life depends on it 😂 and don’t forget to pull with that top arm using your lat and bicep just as much.

Keep us posted on how it goes!! 💪🏼✨

Omg yesss so happy you squeezed this in on the last day and it's amazing!! And I know we can all relate to the "pole focus face" haha—true pole artist vibes 😂🥰❤️ Thanks so much for sharing here babe!

Yes - excellent tip here Susan. Thank you for sharing it! Hands closer should help align the body more vertical for iguana

Try changing that bottom arm contact point to be bicep or even armpit area so you have more leverage to actively press back into the pole! https://polewithsteph.com/programs/l4-broken-doll-d9a4c0?category_id=183314 - watch this dictionary video too for reference!
