Oh Sam, I’m not sure how I missed this! 😅

Since there’s so much to work on—splits, shoulders, hips, backbends, ankles—we train in seasons. That means you’ll spend 8 weeks focusing on improving one specific area (like front splits), while maintaining others (like middles or shoulders).

In the current May & June program:✨ Improvement focus = middles (2x/week)✨ Maintenance focus = fronts & shoulders (1x/week)

Ooo what a cool transition! I’m thinking you’re really going to have to shift some weight to the left hand/ left shoulder and maybe even tilt your hips to the left. That’s what I see from here! I’d like to try this too and will let you know what else I find out
