I’d recommend using the red band right now Elena and just go up to the tippy toes ☺️ maybe 3-5 lifts to tippy toes each side take a break and then another round of 3-5 lifts to tippy toes. it takes a lot of time to condition our shoulder skin & muscle for this weird pressure lol

Ahhhh yes perfect timing!! Excited to hear how they go this week!! Remember to use those lats to help.. that tends to be the forgotten muscle group bc we are so focused on the abs and hips! You got this 💪
