Setup looks good. next time, keep knee as straight as possible even if it makes the pulses smaller. FIRST engage through the quad and extend through the big toe and then try the pulses. Remind yourself to extend through the knee every rep.. go slower if you need :)) This exercise doubles as a micro bend drill! Lmk questions!
