Katieeeeeee! How fun!! I think you could incorporate it for warm up or a stand alone conditioning session. I love pull up bars for static hangs, one arm static hangs, shoulder shrugs, shoulder circles, knee tucks, L holds, pull ups, negative pull ups, or even a German hang stretch if low enough! 🙃
