Hi students! I always get asked about photoshoot poses. Can you do me a favor? If you've done a pole or flexibility photoshoot, can you post 1 or 2 of your favorites in this thread? I think this will be a great reference for those that need ideas in the future! Thank you so much!

I'm so excited for you all to dive into the App's newest tutorial, a 35 minute follow along dance flow warmup with our dear Coach Hannah. This is an absolute favorite of mine & I hope you all enjoy it too.
