Thanks for the comment Rozi! I think both are great variations to try as some people might feel better with each one for different reasons :) As far as choosing one over the other, for me personally, it depends on what I'm doing before and/ or after and which variation (inside or outside) feels more comfortable/ "fluid" with the combo. Does that make sense? Rozi 🌹

I'm so excited for you all to dive into the new compression tutorial this week AND to explore one of the moves that requires compression - the cradle!! I have some fun variations for you all to try as well for those that are already comfortable in this move. Videos are below!
