Hey Coach Tiana ! Can you peek at these single arm dumbbell rows from today? I definitely felt more lat engagement, picking up heavier, 40s, and driving elbow to hip. Let me know if they look better to you pretty please?

Hii Amber!! So happy seeing this! I’m glad you enjoyed this torso rotation sequence, it’s a fav of mine too 🥰 and I love that it gave you a chance to revisit this floor ballerina too, good work! 😍😍

Julia Olko hiii love!! Thanks so much for sharing this here!! Your best attempt is very good! I actually revisited this one recently and found myself struggling the first few tries to get enough compression for the hold, so definitely one to keep in your “rotation” and I know you’ll get it! I’m glad this challenge inspired and challenged you and gave you some things to keep working on 🥳💪🏼 love uuuuuu

As for the compression work, if using the blocks feels unachievable right now, it’s definitely okay to work the sequence without the blocks for now ☺️ I’m glad this challenge inspired and challenged you and gave you some things to keep working on 🥳💪🏼 love uuuuuu

Niiiiice John!! 👏🏼👏🏼

A little combo inspired by this week’s challenge! You’ll see the straddle cradle variation and the classic cradle in here! I’ve heard from many of you about your compression homework 💪🏼💪🏼 So happy you all are enjoying the videos this week!
