Do you know if you're remaining active in your shoulders during the stretch? Meaning gently pressing into the stretch (into the floor, or the wall)

Yayyy goo Michelle!! It looks good! You could try putting your hand a little more under the hamstring of that left leg (vs the center), it might give you a little extra stability to hook the top knee in genie. Besides that though, it’s coming along nicely!! Thanks for sharing here! 🙏🏼❤️
