For my slow flow days, I love Natalie Taylor (HangĀ onĀ toĀ Me)Ā or Dean Lewis (Waves)

If I need someone to hype me up for dynamic things, Eminem always LOL

And if I'm feeling something instrumental, it's Drehz (Heart Cry)Ā or Nathan Lanier (Torn)

Amberrr hehe about elbow grip!! You did it though and it looked good. You could probably have your elbow up just a little higher to make a bigger bracket but I think that'll come the more time you spend with this one. And you did the ONE HANDEDĀ šŸŽ‰šŸ™ŒšŸ„³ Great work!! (and you're little finger reach to the floor at the end of the last one - omg we can all relate LOL). Thanks for posting!

Hiii! Welcome to the app! Great work with this one- thatā€™s a solid start and now we can just make it better! Once we feel stable in this which it looks like you do, we can start to really dial in the flexibility aspects. So next time you try- I want you to look at the ground, try pulling your chest forward towards the pole using the hand on the pole and then trying to kick the wall with the leg in the air.
