The lift is very challenging :) Personally, it took me about 6 months to achieve it. I know we are all different, so you might be able to do it sooner OR it may take you a bit longer, but I just want you to know that you're not alone and it's not something we "should" be able to do right away :)) Just takes time and consistency to build the strength. I recommend using the hands A LITTLE, not worrying about how high you lift... lift a tinyyy bit with control with the help of the hands and slowlyyy lower (or maybe you dont lift at all, but simply push your legs down as if you wanted to lift). Over time, you'll be able to lift a little higher, a little higher, etc Morgane Crucy
