Vanessa asked me about a Floor K Tutorial. I do have one on Youtube! I demonstrate this move on both sides first and then I talk through the setup and entry about halfway through the video! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gsAK0hg0rg8&t=20s

Constantina yay glad you're already familiar with it!! It can be helpful for whenever we're trying to learn a new skill, to implement some type of training for that skill AT LEAST 3 times/ week . It doesn't need to be an hour of invert training lol just 5-10 minutes 3-4 times/ week can go a long ways!! Keep me updated!

Vanessa you get huge props for being creative!! Yes it is close however a really important contact point in the dove is the inner thighs (just like your favorite... the superman!) so eventually if you want to feel secure and really get as much out of your backbend flexibility as possible, the superman entry might be better (I know you don't want to hear that.) Remind me, is it the inner thigh skin discomfort that makes superman really challenging for you?

Elena Martelli So excited you're doing this video!! It's a favorite and I think if you do it consistently, you'll notice progress with active backbend flexibility on the pole! I watched this with the sound on and it looks like you are following my cues really well. Did you feel your entire back chain active in this (back and glutes)?

ailessia@hotmail.com ahhh I'm so so proud of you!! Thank you for sharing this win here so I can celebrate with you! Great work!! And the more active hamstring flexibility you gain in that front leg, the better and better this move will feel!
