Hi coach!! Stephanie Tallant are we going to be doing another two weeks systemic training with this gym program? I tried finding it in the doc but I don’t see it. Thank you!

Ok a little better progress in the stag legs. Sadly my left shoulder/delt have flared up and I couldn’t try as much as I would have liked Stephanie Tallant

Elena Martelli this is for you 😂😂😂also Stephanie Tallant Halp. I had to be careful because my low back wasn’t pleased. What I decided to do it just practice getting into the lay back and trying to really engage my upper back.

Hey! Stephanie Tallant I practised the VERY beginning of the blacksun tutorial which was basically my elbow grip aeysha. The instructor there recommended I try practicing iguana to get some more stability in the move and get my stomach closer. This video is the only attempt where I started to get my legs to the other side of the pole then got scared and bailed 😂
