Coach Tiana hey! I have a clarifying question. On day 3 you have incline bench but the you tube video is for the steep incline dumbell press. Was this intentional? A screen shot below highlights the exercise I’m referencing.
Stephanie Tallant Today I worked on week two combo!! I was struggle with the brass monkey uh squiggle foot grab thing so I took it out. I think there’s another part too I didn’t get in there but I had SO MUCH fun working on this. Here was my last attempt. The sneaky v and handspring are in my non dominant side too!!! Also, I was SO excited to get the swivel into brass. I couldn’t get it on the other side.
