Thanks for sharing. Caterpillar climb is a work in progress for me and I actually don’t think I’ve ever thought to see it like a upside down climb! Love that

Yes they are challenging!! I am noticing improvement in strength! I just did them yesterday and can feel my quads 😂

Windmills are one of the cross training exercises that have been crucial for my t spine rotation and thus pole training crossover! Stephanie Tallant thanks for encouraging us to post anything even if it isn’t pole related. I do these 2-3x/week specifically for my shoulder/back health and am hoping it’ll help me recover quicker and get back to pole next week!
