Stephanie Tallant how to combine this pole condition with flexibility and pole? It's ok use pole condition like warm up before pole homework? Or before flexibility? Thank you for your help. Pole dancers has a lot of activities 🙈😁💪❤️

Perfect, thank you :) And Steph, please, you said lower body flexion should be done 4x a week and shoulders/back 3x a week. So every day should be a flexi session, is that what you meant? And every time a different training session or one type training session one week? Thank you :)
