Maybe I could for "behind the neck..." and hip thrust, but because of my break I was afraid to exaggerate and I preferred to go easy on the weight..next time I try to increase the weight. 😊

And hamstring curls I am not sure to do right because I feel more work on the calves rather than hamstrings..

After a month's break, I'm baaack! 😊 I restart from Day 1 of the gym program. For this month I will focus on strengthening muscles and flexibility..I need it that after my break!

Today I tried to do forearm vatiations... but I realized that I have really little grip with my knees and consequently with the crucifix. Do you have an old tutorial to share? In the clip the only version I managed to do because I can't remove the upper arm but I feel very unstable..πŸ˜‘ tips?...
However, I feel like I'm going to fall down if I remove my high arm and remain with just my knees and low arm. I hope I explained myself..πŸ˜…πŸ˜… Thank you 😊
