Sometimes I wish I could do everything immediately, but it doesn't happen and it's frustrating... but then I tell myself that time and consistency are needed!

Hi Coach Tiana! I need your help..yesterday I tried for the first time the new gym program day 1. I I train at home and I have several tools, but for the single arm cable, I tied a band to the pole as in the clip, but it was not so hard. 😅 How could I replace it? And how could I replace seated harmstring curl? Thank you! 😊
