Haha Because of this question I only now notice that in one I have the inside leg on the pole and in the other I have the outside leg on the pole! I thought I did the same same pole move! Poor me 🤣🤣

Hi! During a week, I try to do 1 day gym or 1 conditioning, 2/3 pole and 2 flexibility...but I listen to my body, if I feel good I do more in other case I do less 😊
