Hello! Glad to hear that youโre better and ready for pole ๐ฅณ uhmmm honestly I SUCK at a training schedule. I want to train so many things and on top of that I teach pole and yoga ๐ buuuut some things I am consistent withโฆ hmm let me share my โscheduleโ
Mondays - Yoga or Flexy training, sometimes both
Tuesdays - Handstands & Flexy training + teaching yoga. Sometimes I teach pole too, if not I participate as a student in the pole class.
Wednesdays - Yoga or Flexy training, sometimes both / sometimes pole, if I taught pole on Tuesday
Thursdays - Ballet training + teaching yoga
Fridays - Pole training or active rest day depending on the week
Saturdays - what I feel like or active rest day depending on the week
Sundays - Flexy training and pole training + sometimes teaching pole
All days: go for a mental health walk (no goal for the walk, and walking from a to b does not count)
During yoga and flexy sessions I also do a lot of core stability and strength and 90% of the time I do active flexibility, which is basically also a lot of strength training ๐ฅณ
If I was more consistent and even more strict with my schedule Iโd probably gain results faster, but I love the freedom to choose what my body and mind would like to do that day ๐ฅฐ otherwise the training will be very bad and hard to get through ๐
Hope this helps or maybe inspire you in some way ๐ฅฐ happy training!!
Ooooh and remember - the best training is the one that you do ๐๐๐
