Very helpful! Shoulders felt more warm after this exercise and I think the weight really helped! Thank you!

Woo hoo!! So excited! And everyone has been killing it. Let’s keep up the good work! 😍❤️

Haha that would be great! 😂 it would also be great to show that we can’t always get everything on the first try 🥰

Amazing!!😍

Thank you. It was definitely sketchy at first but I like to think about trying to catch the pole with my knee pit as if I’m throwing my leg past the pole. If you have ever kicked up from the ground to a brass monkey it will make more sense.

Stephanie Tallant I don’t know why I’m just now seeing these comments lol. Thank you so much so happy to have you to guide me in my pole journey!🥰❤️

I sweat a ton too! When I competed one of the girls were very nice and let me use their handheld fan before I went on and then I applied my grip. Now I keep a little fan with me! I would also suggest using monkey hands(grip) I found that to be super tacky and I don’t have to use much of it nor have to reapply constantly. I haven’t tried it for competition as I just started using it. The only other tip I have is when training for competition when you have all the pieces put together try to practice using less grip over time and if you mess up certain parts over and over practice messing up those parts and how you want to recover!

Thank you! You put a big smile on my face!🥰❤️
