
I actually put this in my routine so I happen to have a screenshot from yesterday, but you have to make sure you hand is placed with fingertips towards the pole or your shoulder will be awkwardly twisted when you try to kick the second leg over. Also when I do it I have to start more in line with the pole, it looks like you're off to the side.
