I have got a question if The arm doesnt reach The pole in true grip during The exercise in straddle , but in The external rotation The arm reach The pole, does make sense keep trying with The external rotation or shall i stop and fix first The truegrip arm exercise ? Thanks

Sorry for the wrong view but I have tried so many time that my elbow was on fire .😂💪🏻 I want open the spilt more by pushing the back leg down more but I manage in a certain point then it was very challenging for my bottom( pushing ) arm. Stephanie Tallant coach can I even try to open more the split by avoiding do the square one ? Thanks ❤️
