My schedule usually consists in
Monday- pole conditioning + pole work + stretching
Tuesday- in the morning gym program +stretching in the afternoon I prepare exotic class
Wednesday - usually pole work (spin) plus exotic and active stretching
Thursday - pole and exotic + stretching
Friday - exotic class for work
Saturday- stretching and mobility
Sunday - rest
