Hey Coach Tiana I'm new here and need help with modifying the gym program 😊 I don't have time to go to the gym unfortunately, but have quite a lot of equipment at home (bar, modifiable dumbbells, straps, etc). My main goal is strengthening the upper body, mainly shoulders, lats and back. Could you please help me? Thank you.
