Hey community, I'm new here and still trying to figure out how to use all the content here.
I've seen in the schedule: pole hm.
What does hm stands for? (Home work? 🤔) And where do I find that?

Hey Coach Tiana I'm new here and need help with modifying the gym program 😊
I don't have time to go to the gym unfortunately, but have quite a lot of equipment at home (bar, modifiable dumbbells, straps, etc).
My main goal is strengthening the upper body, mainly shoulders, lats and back.
Could you please help me?
