Hey community, I'm new here and still trying to figure out how to use all the content here.
I've seen in the schedule: pole hm.
What does hm stands for? (Home work? 🤔) And where do I find that?

Here are all the exercises I can't do with my home equipment:

Behind the neck BB press

Machine hamstring curl

Glute med cable OR Extra ROM side lying leg lifts

Single arm cable ant delt press

Behind the back cable lateral raise

Chest supported rear delt row- I don't have a bench with this type of elevation

Wide grip pull down

Machine leg extensions

Hey Coach Tiana I'm new here and need help with modifying the gym program 😊
I don't have time to go to the gym unfortunately, but have quite a lot of equipment at home (bar, modifiable dumbbells, straps, etc).
My main goal is strengthening the upper body, mainly shoulders, lats and back.
Could you please help me?
