I wanted to share this because I am so happy. I have been nursing a hamstring injury and I canโt train all the stuff I want to train. Today just doing this made me sooooooooooo happy, if I wasnโt injured I donโt think Iโll have cared for this tbh. But the fact that I can just pole in some way makes me sooo grateful and appreciate every lil spin โค๏ธ
