I wanted to share this because I am so happy. I have been nursing a hamstring injury and I canโ€™t train all the stuff I want to train. Today just doing this made me sooooooooooo happy, if I wasnโ€™t injured I donโ€™t think Iโ€™ll have cared for this tbh. But the fact that I can just pole in some way makes me sooo grateful and appreciate every lil spin โค๏ธ

Stephanie Tallant I am not really sure what this move is called.. but am i supposed to untuck my pelvis? Also my back leg looks really sad ๐Ÿ˜€ what am I doing wrong?( I am squeeeezing my glutes).. on another note : my front leg I am engaging my hip flexors and quads and my knee is straight yayyy!
