Hey hey hey!! Qq for community..I did my first floor k today however when I got to fully extending my leg on the pole I started panicking and came down. My foot on the pole was slippery ( or it could have also been in my head lol) anyways I am not sure why this is so scary for me but it is.. does anyone have tips on how they dealt with the fear.. thanks 😊 🫶🏾 Stephanie Tallant

This is TOTALLY random but does anyone else chuckle when Stephanie Tallant says put the block on medium setting ( in her stretch videos)?! lol I remember the first day doing one of her stretches I was like does her block come with settings? 🤣 I might just invent a Steph yoga block with settings lol.

Stephanie Tallant so today I tried the devils elbow aerially but I kept sliding.. i didn’t have this problem doing it from the floor..what am I doing wrong?

Vanessa I tried to get both cheeks and this is where I landed, my bottom leg wasn’t on my elbow and the leg wasn’t going to the side but more to the front.. so I’ll def keep working on the off the pole stuff tbh I don’t have much back flexibility so this should be fun lol. Thanks for the tips ❤️❤️ I appreciate you!

My first Jallegra 💃🏾💃🏾.. qq how can I get that front leg a little lower I feel like I am not pulling it down enough because my thigh feels stuck but also I feel like I don’t have much grip with the inner thigh where it is at ( I don’t know if that makes any sense 😅)

Stephanie Tallant hi boo!! Happy new year!! I am back to bug you 😈😈 😅.did you miss me ?😂Okay so janiero picking back where I left off last year . I think this is my problem see the bottom leg it’s going back not side.. how do I tell it to go to the side?🤣 and I can upload the video if need be I feel like when I start off it’s to the side but as it gets lower it goes to the back.. and I am squeezinggg my glutes.

Stephanie Tallant I did it from the floor first.. will work on the aerial version sometime this week. 🥰🥰
