It makes sense okay so another question you know how in your flexibility video when we are doing the hamstring stretch kneeling on one leg with the other leg in front and we lean slightly forward foot flexed with an untucked pelvis but then we kind bend the knee (of the straight leg) a little bit and tense the quads to a) protect the knee b) give more stretch in the hamstring. If we are on the pole doing a split move are we doing all at once or basically once we engage the quads it does all of it. I donβt know if this question made sense? π
