Stephanie Tallant 😹😅 so the bottom hand 😂 I was trying to do what you did and I don’t think mine moved an inch lol also do you feel a stretch in that shoulder of the bottom arm? Also I am so confused with what I am doing with my bottom hand it feels stuck and not moving like am I walking my fingers around the pole and then lifting it up?

Stephanie Tallant halllllpppp meee😹 soo I know my hand needs to be lower and I did move it lower, how do I know how low to place it? Also my lower back was hurting learning this..

Hola Stephanie Tallant qq so I did my choker split today whoop whoop! But my shoulder barely made it out alive, (it’s fine though 😅).. lol can you tell me what I am doing wrong please. Thank you 💕
