Stephanie Tallant thanks as always for taking the time to look at my video! I’m going to try out all the tips this week and try to make some adjustments. It took me a while to figure out that I prefer true grip over twisted, except cup grip is my best grip for handsprings- Chinese feels impossible though haha

Vanessa thank you!! It’s so helpful to hear others learning experiences with this since I feel like it seems kind of idiosyncratic person to person. I’m looking at all my videos again and seeing where I’m losing my ability to execute! Thanks again

I should add that I do have a strong handspring in all grips and Ayesha so those things alone are not an issue getting into the Ayesha at the end of phoenix

I had great luck learning all 3 grips with the band but it looks like you have it inside your arm and it’s actually pulling you back down? If you move the band to the outside of that forearm with won’t be holding you down! I think that’s how the tutorial advises as well but I could be wrong
