Stephanie Tallant I think I know what it is that leg when it gets off the pole I seem to take it off backwards instead of sideways… and I think I am turning my head but not my chest. I should be turning my chest too right? (I did try another entry I will share that one too)
Stephanie Tallant hey friend do you know I am doing wrong? I feel I have it up until it’s time to take off that back leg..I feel like I am supposed to be titling to the side but idk how I’ll do that..
Stephanie Tallant I don’t know if this angle is better but i am not sure if it’s passing the line?
Knocked out one of the workouts in the new gym program today!! It was fired AND I loved it! Thanks Coach Tiana! V excited about this cycle. Here are the elevated single leg hip thrusts. I always feel the burn in these but if you see any tweaks Tiana, lmk :))

Understanding and practicing proper leg hang technique is a huge benefit to your pole skills and pole journey in general. The entries, variations, combos, and exits you can do with leg hangs are endless. I hope you enjoy this collection of tutorials and I can't wait to see your leg hangs and leg hang variations!

Because there are different levels included in this challenge, you do not need to mark all videos as "watched". However please follow the other requirements
Comment on this post with a picture (screenshot is fine) of something from your training this week (it can be anything... a move from the challenge, a screenshot from a flexibility or gym session, etc).
REMINDER: photos can be uploaded via your app or via the website, polewithsteph.com. Videos can only be posted via the App on your phone or iPad (not via a web browser).
Share a picture or a video on Instagram and tag @stephanietallant_pole and #thebestpoleapp
Each month, there will be one randomly selected winner chosen amongst all members who complete at least one of the two week challenges during the month!
SAFETY: There are different levels included in these challenges. Please approach new moves safely. Use a crash pad if you have it or if you have a trusty spotter, that's great too. I want you all to be safe, that's my #1 priority :)) If you're unsure about the prerequisites to the moves, please feel free to ask that question in the Community Feed ("Hey Steph. I really want to try XYZ, but not sure if I should. What are some of the moves I should have before this?) and I can help you determine if a move is appropriate for you to try!
Hey question: I heard that when doing certain moves like( jallegra, BOP ) etc how much your back leg drops depends on your hip flexors … thoughts? Stephanie Tallant Vanessa
Hi babes! I'm helping one of our subscribers, Paris, with a plan on what videos to follow. I wanted to share the conversation here with all of you, so you can see the thought process behind figuring out a good place to start :)) So a few questions to think about:
How many days & how much time do I want to dedicate to:
Pole Training
Split Flexibility
Back Flexibility
Gym Training
Understand that this is just a starting point! Our priorities will shift over time and different seasons of life might call for a shift in priorities as well.
So, Paris, let me know your answer to that question above and we'll go from there!
App Subscriber Spotlight: Stefani Symeou 🤩🤩🤩 So exciting! Congratulations babe! 🥳🎉💪🏼❤️
I’ll tag the Bird of Paradise Workshop in the comments for others that are interested 🤩
