Shoutout to one of our App Subscribers: Vanessa!! She placed 2nd in the Land o' Lakes pole competition yesterday! Congratulations babe!πππ
Sharon Czarnek Susan Papp Mlodzienski vortex video :))
Tips:
- itβs important that if youβre right arm is the inside arm (the one wrapping around the pole), your LEFT leg is in front for your climb (or vice versa)
- After hands are clasped, the back leg slowly straightens, both legs still squeezing into the pole, and hips are pressed forward
Susan Papp Mlodzienski your setup was on point in your video. Have you tried to straighten your legs?
Sharon Czarnek let me know if you try!!
Other members seeing this, have you tried vortex? Do you like it? Let me know in the comments!!

Sorry for the wrong view but I have tried so many time that my elbow was on fire .ππͺπ» I want open the spilt more by pushing the back leg down more but I manage in a certain point then it was very challenging for my bottom( pushing ) arm. Stephanie Tallant coach can I even try to open more the split by avoiding do the square one ? Thanks β€οΈ
Hi Stephanie Tallant! π Am I doing something very wrong or is it a flexibility issue?
I am sooo far from the pole π
