Stephanie Tallant okay sooo my first attempt but I am not sure I am doing it right because my chest is really close to the pole..???
Here is my reach limitation over head & back. I am pretty sure I need more mobility shoulder , back . You have a back bend series, but I am not sure if that is where I should start. Getting into a wheel / back bend is extremely challenging for me. Thanks Stephanie Tallant
Stephanie Tallant why does my split look sad 🤣🤣 how can I make my body a little bit more horizontal so I can fake it to look flatter..

So happy to have gotten as far as I did with this combo. I do a lot of conditioning but I pole at low intermediate level so transitions are tough. Thank you so much for this challenge, I’m such a fan and it’s really a treat to be able to train with you 🫶
NEW 3 part combo tutorial available now!
Part 1 - floor flow
Part 2- low spin flow
Part 3- aerial combo
I hope you all enjoy! Here’s a clip of some of the parts ❤️
jamimah , just following up on our Ayesha split convo ☺️ I answered your questions in the video you shared yesterday, but I also wanted to share this quick clip of me doing it in cup grip from a couple weeks ago. Just like we talked about—different grips, different looks, all based on preference. I'm really proud of you for figuring this one out! It takes so much strength, active flexibility, and body awareness. Well done! 💪✨

Hello everybody
I tried this backbend lesson and OMG it felt so good! I just have one question: Stephanie you say we need to close the ribs but I don't really get how I am suppose to do that and which muscles need to be engaged?
If somebody has an advice I will be grateful 😊 thank you!
