Hi Stephanie Tallant 😊 Today I am working on my back.. Is it correct what I am doing? Thank you 🥰
I Just got onto this Layback challenge. I used to love it but it's been a while since using it and now it feels scary sometimes. I've always wanted a beautiful backbend in my dove and cresent. I am loving the conditioning exercises 🫶 it's perfect timing for me as I'm moving into cresent shapes on the Lyra. I have a pic from earlier this week and one from today. I couldn't extended my arms until after your conditioning tutorial. So I'm looking at this as my 'before' and hope to have a beautiful bend like yours Stephanie 🤞
With last week’s theme of pretty spinning invert technique, I wanted to share the combo my in person student, Joyce, has been working on (pretty spinning invert, jade, Allegra, Allegra split)!
This Allegra is such a huge win for Joyce so I wanted to celebrate this with the community too! Joyce’s back and shoulder flexibility has come so far with consistent flexibility training!
If you’re working on Allegra or jade or the flexibility for them OR the pretty spinning invert, there are tutorials for all of these here in the app!!
Congratulations Joyce on this huge accomplishment!! 🎉🎉🎉
Stephanie Tallant I didn't listen to the weekly assignment, got distracted by the dove part in your video, and decided to revisit it after my previous disaster attempt (ego recovering). Superman is still not happening but thought of the figurehead thing you taught a few weeks ago and wondering if this is close to a dove 🕊️ and comment on the entry? 😬🙃
Stephanie Tallant here’s the other side. Also how cute is it that my friend and I ended up doing it at the same time? 🥰
With this week’s theme of LAYBACKS, I wanted to share a layback combo that I did with my in person student Elsa today! I’ve linked tutorials to all the individual elements of the combo:
- Airwalk (tutorial for beg, int, and adv options https://polewithsteph.com/programs/beg-int-adv-tutorial-airwalk-fairy-walk-dfdb79)
- Reverse grab spin https://polewithsteph.com/programs/beg-combo-tutorial-front-back-hooks-barrel-roll-reverse-grab-spin-73c325
- Climb to cross knee layback https://polewithsteph.com/programs/beg-int-tutorial-layback-cross-ankle-and-cross-knee-acfbf2
- Closed Scissors https://polewithsteph.com/programs/int-tutorial-non-inverting-combo-tutorial-cupid-genie-gazelle-martini-scissors-03bbf8
Anyone else up to give this one a try?
I know is not beautiful yet but I am so exited to share my first inverted libellula thanks to Stephanie Tallant coach ❤️
