Hi Coach Tiana. I'm starting the gym workout and saw the video for hip thrusts. My gym doesn't have that particular machine. Do you have any tips for getting set up properly and good form if you just have a bench and a bar?
Stephanie Tallant mommmm I need helpppp with floor K 🥺😫I had to take away the crash mat bc I couldn't get a strong handstand arm with it, but every time I try to "untuck my tail bone" I just Humpty Dumpty flip out of it 🙃

Hellllooooooo Stephanie Tallant !!! My friend Alyx and I are embarking on a doubles adventure this summer!! Do you have any muscle engagement tips for moves like this, where we completely support one another? Additionally, do you have any off the pole strengthening exercises you or Coach Tiana recommend?? I tackled Day 2 of the Gym Program today and had a super solid sesh!! Here is a clip of the first superset (bent over rows, DB press, and lateral raise). The 25lbs on the bent over row and DB press was super hard for me, but I really wanted to push myself! Coach Tiana would love for you to take a look and see if you have any feedback on technique. Felt good!! And thanks Coach Tiana for the extra notes you included this cycle! They are really helpful for me in knowing how to approach each superset.
