Stephanie Tallant Today I had fun trying the titanic for the first time.. I followed your tutorial! but I don't understand one thing, is the contact with the inner thigh only for the straight leg behind the pole or for the leg on the pole too? because when I hook my foot to the pole, I lose contact with the inner thigh.. Hi Stephanie Tallant ! I just joined and am unsure of where to start. I’m pretty beginner, I started pole last November. I can do basic holds and spins and inverts like chopper and layback. I don’t want to do anything i’m not ready for and end up injuring myself, like I noticed the challenge is advanced (jade is most likely not in my wheel house). Where do you suggest I begin?

Reminder that the 2 week systemic training starts this week!
The purpose of this training is to get your heart rate up and to be a little more "cardio" focused, so make sure the weight you choose for the exercises are ones you can keep moving! (Coach Tiana, feel free to add or clarify anything here).
I personally really enjoy this type of training and can't wait for these next 2 weeks myself!
