Super excited for both of these! I've been using the Int/Advanced SM Band conditioning in my weekly conditioning plan, and it's really helping me! I got my shoulder mount back fairly quickly after I took time off in 2023 for my broken ankle, but then last summer, I tweaked my tricep and had to lay off of them for a few months, so now I'm working on making them a regular part of my rotation.

I love this! During the daytime? Even better! (Because you know I have family trooping through, so anything after 4 pm EST is a no-go!) YAY! 

VERY spicy and after years of not working on compression (which I needed for hammock), I have something new to work on again!

This may be my favorite new warmup. I also do about a 15 minute "movement cycle" in the morning, and I can see this being it for a while! I love it!
