🤩🤩🤩 yasss love seeing this!! The forward ones look very controlled! Did they feel better than before? ❤️ I know backward one is tough but you’re doing it!! and it’ll get better and better with more practice 💪🏼

Espi Yayy glad you had some days off and are back 😍these are some of my favorites!! I do a funky caterpillar belly roll onto the bench with the weights every time 😂😂😂

Vanessa try doing it from the floor! Lying on your back. You’re on the floor but use your arms as much as possible. You can do reps of 3-5 to build up the strength :))

Susan Papp Mlodzienski also try this in twisted grip!! A couple students feels more secured like that!! Top hand twisted grip

Here's a side angle from member Karine Angles showing the chest angle and gaze towards the floor. this shape will look different on everyone depending on low back hip flexibility, but the general engagement will be the same as I described :)

Susan Papp Mlodzienski you'll be able to bring the leg further down if you bring it down bent first and then straighten it (squeezing through the top of the leg- hip flexor and quad!). You'll also want to squeeze butt to push hips a little more forward and turn chest and gaze towards the floor

Vanessa omg your commentary always has me cracking up!! 2nd clip YES much better!! I can tell you understand the technique which is awesome and now you just need a little more time with it to have it feel less "off"... one thing to help! try keeping legs in this position (screenshot attached) a little longer as you drive hips up.. then make the hook. but honestly really good.. now we're just working to make it even better!
