Hi beautiful! The conditioning program is all on the pole (pole conditioning). It's a great way to build strength if you don't have access to the gym or if you want a quick conditioning workout before your pole session. If you have access to a gym, I do recommend trying to implement part of of all of the gym program. It's an excellent way to cross train (ie doing something different than pole) and it's really easy to implement progressive overload with it. Does that answer your question babe?

I somehow missed this! So happy I saw it now! Love these Sue :)) Thanks so much for sharing!

I love this so much!!😍

So pretty!!! 😍

Josephine Edith Graabæk this post came to mind as we were talking about your backbends today!

Now that I’ve wiped my eyes from laughing so much… have you tried lowering down like half way and then lifting back up vs lowering alllll the way down and then trying to lift back up? Does this make sense?

Vanessa 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Hahahaha okay so first, the fellow someone with a Janeiro favorite is Hannah!! She's my fellow instructor here in Key West! I'm hoping you can come to a jam session with me and her while you're here. You two can do Janeiros and I can clap on the side line 🤣🤣🤣And the leg question, I need to do a little searching for a video to help with my description lol I'll post it here as soon as I locate it :)

YES Ailessia this is getting better! Keep at it! Like you said, consistency 🥰 Proud of you and thanks for posting this update here, it made me smile!
