Elena Martelli you probably surprised yourself with this then, because you did great!! Its a very difficult one to hold. It can be helpful to tuck the knees in as close to your chest as possible on the dismount and bend both arms a little to re engage the biceps. Very good tho!!

I would try lowering the straight leg a little more.. try pointing the toes towards the floor vs the ceiling.. that might create a little extra space for you :)

jamimah I would say more strength (it's just in a super awkward position too).. ALSO, wanted to give you one more tip.. have you tried grabbing the straight leg FIRST! Then putting the the "choker" hand on the pole, THEN threading the head through??

Do you have your twisted grip Ayesha Susan? I think yes, but just want to confirm! This entry that you posted is an okay one, but I noticed that it puts a lot of demand on the bottom shoulder and side flexibility, so I think that might be the limiting factor for you (right now.. not forever)! If you have the strength for a twisted grip ayesha, that might be the easiest entry for you.

Yayyyy spatchcock!! 🎉🎉🎉

Omg beautiful on you!!!
